CAR REPAIR SERVICE THAT COMES TO YOU
Ignition Point Auto is a mobile mechanic car repair service that comes to you. You can get your car repaired or your oil changed at your home or office, on the curbside, in your driveway, or your parking space. Repairs are quality, and pricing is often better than "in-shop" options, there is no membership fee, and we provide a 12-Month/12,000 mile warranty.
Most don't have the time to take off work to take their car to a shop. And, most car repairs don't actually need to be done in a shop. Unless it's an alignment, tire balancing or another major repair, it can be done in your driveway, garage, on the street curb, a company parking lot, even on the side of a road. They go where ever you need them to go.
Because we don't have the overhead that a regular mechanic shop has, we're able to pass along the savings to you.
*** We appreciate our active duty military personnel and first responders! We show our appreciation by offering 10% OFF any service or part order. This discount cannot be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. To redeem the discount, please present a valid ID. ***

The alternator is an electrical device that generates electricity to power all of the electrical components in your vehicle when the engine is running. This includes things like the lights, radio, power windows, and power locks. The alternator also charges the battery, so that it can provide power when the engine is not running.
The starter motor is an electric motor that is used to turn the engine over when you start your car. It is located near the engine and is connected to the flywheel. When you turn the key in the ignition, the starter motor engages with the flywheel and rotates it until the engine starts.
The power steering pump works by pumping hydraulic fluid into the power steering system. The hydraulic fluid is then routed to the power steering rack, where it applies pressure to the steering gear. This pressure helps to reduce the effort required to turn the steering wheel.
When you press the brake pedal, the master cylinder applies hydraulic pressure to the brake calipers. The brake calipers then press the brake pads against the brake discs. The friction between the brake pads and the brake rotors slows down or stops the wheels.
Oil is essential for keeping your engine running smoothly and efficiently. It lubricates the engine's moving parts, which reduces friction and wear. It also helps to remove dirt and debris from the engine, which can help to prevent premature wear and tear.
Engine drive belts are used to power the accessories on your vehicle. These accessories can include the alternator, power steering pump, water pump, and air conditioning compressor. The engine drive belts are driven by the crankshaft pulley. As the crankshaft pulley rotates, it turns the engine drive belts. The engine drive belts then turn the pulleys of the accessories. This allows the accessories to operate.
The radiator is a heat exchanger that helps to keep your car's engine cool. It is located in the front of the car and is made up of a series of tubes and fins. The coolant (a mixture of water and antifreeze) flows through the tubes, and the fins help to dissipate heat to the surrounding air.
Automotive gaskets are used to seal two or more components together. They are made of a variety of materials, including paper, metal, and rubber. Gaskets are used in a variety of applications in vehicles, including:
